Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm the order has been accepted and sent for production. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example a product becomes unavailable — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on its sales. The price you see at checkout is the total payable, including delivery, before any import charges your own country may add. Payment is taken when you order, since production starts immediately.

Cancellation and returns

Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and your rights if goods are faulty, are set out in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Using this site

The quotes, artwork and photography on this site are ours or used with permission. You are welcome to buy our products; you are not licensed to reproduce the artwork for resale.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the price of the goods you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and may bring proceedings there.
