Made to order

Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed after you order it, in the workshop that produces that product.

Timings

Production: usually within 10 working days of your order, often sooner.
Delivery: depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. The estimate shown at checkout is the one to go by.
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you, when they are produced in different facilities.

Where your order is printed

Mugs, posters, t-shirts: printed in the United Kingdom.
Caps: printed in the United States.

Caps are printed outside the UK, so a UK delivery of those items is an import: the carrier may collect import VAT, and duty on higher-value parcels, before delivering. Everything else is printed in the UK and arrives with nothing further to pay.

Where we ship

Worldwide, with a small number of destinations excluded where our production partners cannot deliver. If your country is not selectable at checkout, that is why.

Customs and duties

Where an item is printed in one country and delivered to another, the destination country may charge import VAT or duty on arrival. Those charges are set by that country and are payable by you as the recipient; we have no control over them and cannot refund them.
